Residency 
Program

The self-directed residencies are designed for artists who work at their own pace and want to be involved in an international artistic community.

The Self - Directed Program will run from December 2025 to February 2026, offering flexible stays ranging from 1 to 3 months.

Who can apply:

Barcelona based artists and creators aged 18+ with a committed interest in contemporary artistic practice.

What the residency offers:

​

• 24/7 access to the studio and common areas

• Participation in group meetings, critiques, and project follow-ups

• A shared workspace with artists from diverse backgrounds and disciplines

• Basic materials to support your production process

• Ongoing technical assistance from the R.A.R.O. Barcelona team

A space to create, experiment, and connect with an international artistic community.​​​​

Dates:

​

- December 1st to 30th.

- January 4th to 31st.

- February 2nd to 28th.
