1.
Is accomodation included?
We do not offer accomodation during our residency programs however we can provide artists with a list of affordable accommodation options that other artists have used in the past.
2.
Are materials included?
We only provide basic materials during our residency programs but we will suggest you different art supply stores where you can find what you might need.
3.
Do we have an exhibition?
At the end of the residency you will be part of the Open Studio where you will be able to show the process of your work during your stay. The Open Studio will take place at Casa R.A.R.O., and it will display the work in progress of all the residents who comprise the program at the time.

Can I do a 2 week residency?
We are pleased to accept stays ranging from 1 to 2 weeks (our Micro-Residency Program), but our regular residencies go from a minimum of 3 weeks to a maximum of 8 weeks. For an optimal experience, we suggest at least 4 weeks of duration.
5.
How does the curatorial follow-up work?
Beginning in the second week of the residency, you will participate in curatorial critiques where you can share the ideas you have been developing and receive feedback from our team. These curatorial reviews are designed to help expand your projects and explore new directions in artistic production. When appropriate, external artists may be invited to the critiques, or the reviews will be conducted with the current residents participating in the program.

What kind of residencies do you offer?
Home Based Program, Multi-Residency Program, Self-Directed Residency Program. During the year we sometimes offer specific open calls.
7.
Do you provide visa?
We do not provide visa arrangements, but we can offer acceptance letters to help you with the process.
8.
Do you offer grants?
Throughout the year, we open specific scholarship calls. Follow our updates on application dates and eligibility criteria on our social media.
