We are committed to collaborative art; we offer spaces of creation in which each one of the artists contributes with their knowledge, experiences, and processes of creation; The fundamental characteristic of our joint work/creation is generating synergies. Printmaking is an artistic discipline with infinite expressive possibilities that evolves day by day.
We work to make the graphic work available to everyone, and its creation processes fulfilling one of the basic fundamentals of printmaking, which since its inception was the "democratization of art".
The studio is run by Lluvia Cisneros and Cris Sánchez
Lluvia Cisneros
Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master in Cultural Management at the University of Barcelona, with more than 20 years of experience in artistic teaching, creation, research and graphic work edition. She has held individual and collective exhibitions in Latin America and Europe.
She currently directs La Maldita Estampa; She does as well cultural management, curating exhibitions, cultural events, meetings, courses, workshops, monographs, among others.
Cris Sánchez
"Qui-Shang" Graphic artist, designer, illustrator; He studied at the Escola Llotja, specialized in Lettering and Sketchers at the School of Industrial Art in Barcelona.
Creative, restless, uses screen printing as means of expression to capture their designs. In 2009 he established the "Other Class" handmade screen printing workshop, which is his personal brand.
Unleash his creativity by creating exclusive products, experimenting with various materials such as: textile, paper, wood, glass, metal, and more.
He currently works as a designer at Fying Eagle, Roex and creates his personal work in the La Maldita Estampa studio.
Facilities
The studio is 120 square meters of amplitude and is divided into three zones: the production area of the workshop that is more than 70 square meters, the clean area for papers and the gallery exhibition area with more than 30 meters. We are located in the heart of Barcelona.
